MAIN INGREDIENT

Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a small shrub traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine, known for its adaptogenic properties. It is often called Indian ginseng or winter cherry. The root of the plant has been harvested for centuries for its rejuvenating and anti-stress effects.

Recommended use

For best results

Adults take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime. Best results are achieved after 1 month of use.
